Refund Policy

You are buying this in a season that is already hard enough. If what you bought isn't right for you, we don't want you to worry about it — so our policy is simple, and it errs on the side of kindness.
Our promise
If something you bought from Cedar & Sparrow isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
You don't need to justify yourself, and you don't need to explain your grief to anyone. Just write to hello@cedarsparrowco.com and we'll take care of it.
Why we do it this way
Our products are digital, so we cannot ask you to send anything back — and we wouldn't want to. If a resource meant to bring you comfort has instead become one more thing weighing on you, the right thing is simply to make it right.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@cedarsparrowco.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you used at checkout, and the product name (or your Gumroad receipt).
- You may tell us what didn't work, if you'd like to — it genuinely helps us improve. But you are never required to.
How the refund is returned
Refunds are processed through Gumroad, the platform that handled your purchase, and are returned to your original payment method. Once we approve it, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
After a refund, your licence to use the product ends, and we ask that you delete the files.
Your rights under consumer law
If you are in the UK or the EU, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, that right may end once the download begins and you have agreed to that at checkout. Our 14-day promise above is offered regardless — we will not use that exception to refuse a fair request.
Fair use
We extend this policy in good faith and trust it will be met the same way. We reserve the right to decline a refund where a request is clearly abusive — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product.
Ministry & group licences
The same 14-day promise applies to the Small-Group & Ministry Licence. If it has already been distributed within your organisation, we ask that you confirm the files have been withdrawn and deleted.
